Instead of using numbers or letters to create binary code I decided to use symbols. For example # would stand for 1 and @ would stand for zero. If I had to get to number six the binary code would be @@##@. You would let each symbol stand for a dotted card as the dotted cars increase you would double the value of the last card. @@@@@ = 0 @@@@# = 1 @@@#@ = 2 @@@## = 3 and so on.
I thought your binary code was done very nicely and it is interesting. I would have liked to see you write out a sentence in your binary code. However, I think that you did a great job and your code was much like mine so I liked it and found it easy to understand. What made you pick the # for 1?
ReplyDeleteI really liked your binary code. I thought that it was clever and easy to follow. I think you might've forgotten to write a sentence by accident but I see the point oyu were making about your new code. Is there a specific reason as to why you chose these symbols?
